InfotrustGO is a brand of Infotrust- Informação para Negócios Lda, with its registered office located at Alameda de Queijas, nº 64, 2790-402 Queijas, registered at the Cascais Commercial Registry Office under the unique registration and legal person number 502661445, respects the privacy of those who use our products and services, including the websites and applications we provide. In this document we refer to Infotrust – Informação para Negócios, Lda. as “Infotrust”, “we” and “our”; and to you as “you”, “him”, “si” or “yours”.
Here we explain how we collect, process and store any personal data belonging to you, that is, information that allows you to be identified, such as your name, address, telephone number or email. This information is referred to in this document as “personal information” or “personal data”.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT, HOW WE COLLECT IT AND HOW WE USE IT

As a general rule, a visitor to Infotrust websites does not have to reveal any personally identifiable information such as name, address or email address.
However, some pages on the Infotrust websites require some personal information from the user, namely to create a user account or receive newsletters. Whenever this happens, you will be asked to fill out a form.

COOKIES

Our websites use cookies that allow us to identify your computer or device, including your browser and IP address, and track your use of our websites. We use this information to determine the number of users, to understand how users use the websites and to identify the journey taken within them, with a view to continuous improvement of them, so that we can provide you with a optimized experience.
At any time, the user can configure their internet browser to accept or reject new cookies, as well as deactivate cookies previously stored on their device. Rejecting the use of cookies may limit or prevent access to some areas and content or limit the reception of personalized information.

CONTACT FORMS

If you choose to contact us using the contact forms available on our websites, your data will be transmitted to Infotrust. The data collected (full name, telephone number and email) will be stored in a specific Infotrust database for this purpose and used only so that we can answer the questions you ask us.
The data collected as part of the processing of requests for information submitted to us in this way will be kept for a period of 6 (six) months after the completion of the process of providing the requested information.
If you choose to use the messaging tools (chat) made available on our websites, the data will be collected and processed through the platform provided by the company Jivochat. In this case, your data will be stored in our database and in Jivochat's database while Infotrust uses that company's services or until you request the removal of your data from that database.

NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION

If you choose to join our email list to send newsletters, the email address you provide will be forwarded to Mailchimp and our Marketing Department.
The email address you provide will be stored in an Infotrust and Mailchimp database until you ask us to remove your email from the list of subscribers to our newsletters. You can do so by selecting the link for this purpose included at the end of our newsletter sending emails or, if you prefer, you can send us an email requesting removal to the following email address geral@ infotrust.pt
User account creation
If you choose to create a user account on our websites, the data collected (full name, telephone number and email) will be transmitted to Infotrust and stored in an Infotrust database specifically for this purpose.
We use the data collected for the following purposes:
a) Management of customers and their user accounts;
b) Provision of services that you purchase through our online store;
c) Dissemination of advertising and marketing campaigns.

If you make a purchase through our online store, we will collect additional personal data (address, NIF, payment method) so that we can process your orders and comply with the tax obligations to which we are bound.
For the purposes of disseminating marketing and advertising campaigns, we will communicate your data to companies subcontracted by Infotrust that manage the sending of these communications.
Whenever necessary, we will ask for your consent so that we can use your data for other purposes.
