How can I start using InfotrustGO?

To use InfotrustGO and start searching for your companies you need to be a registered user. To do so, visit our Registration page (hyperlink) or select the “Create account” link in the upper right corner of each page. Registration gives you free and immediate access to a set of features on the InfotrustGO platform.

 

How to access InfotrustGO Products and Services?

There are two ways to access InfotrustGO products and services and benefit from all its advantages:

In the “pay as you go” mode, adding the desired products and services to the shopping cart and making a final payment.

By subscribing to a Package or Plan benefiting from much more competitive prices through the link - https://infotrustgo-dev.shareit.pt/planos/

The balance is available for 12 months to be used according to your needs.

 

How to verify the activation of my account?

When you register with InfotrustGO, an email is sent to your email account with confirmation of registration.

 

What to do if I don't receive the account verification email?

The verification email is sent automatically. If you did not receive it, please check the Spam folder on your email service.

If you cannot find it, please send an email to our Go Cliente Team at the address [email protected] so that we can verify the situation as soon as possible.

 

How can I recover my password?

In the “Login” link in the upper right corner or in the following link https://infotrustgo.pt/en/ select the option to recover password. An email will be sent to you to recover and/or change your password.

For security reasons and to prevent our emails from being forwarded to the Spam / Trash folder, please add our domain @infotrustgo.pt to your list of safe entities.

 

How can I change my password?

You can change your password in your Client Area In the option “Change Password”. To do so, you need to start your session in advance using the “Login” link in the upper right corner available on each page.

 

What is the Client Area?

The Customer area is your space on the InfotrustGO platform where you have a set of extremely useful features available as well as all the information related to your use/interaction with our platform. Briefly, the Client Area contains the following sections:

Dashboard – visual presentation of the most important information on your profile (customer name, available balance, last consulted reports)

Reports – archive of all purchased Company Reports and Information Modules

My Purchases – where you have access to all your invoices and details of each purchase made.

Personal Data – access to all your profile data and company data.

Change Password – access to change your password.

 

How big is the InfotrustGO Database?

InfotrustGO uses the Infotrust database, which is made up of more than 1.6 million business entities, reflecting the entire Portuguese business fabric.

 

What are the sources of information in the Infotrust Database?

The Infotrust database is updated daily using public and private information sources, namely:

Ministry of Justice - Institute of Registries and Notaries

Ministry of Justice – Citius Portal

Ministry of Justice - Directorate General for the Administration of Justice

Companies themselves following proactive/reactive updates, press, internet and other sources.

 

Is the Database duly legalized?

Infotrust has its database legalized by the National Data Protection Commission (Authorization Nº 3/96 issued on January 16, 1996).

 

How can I update my company details?

To update your company data, just send us an email to [email protected]

or fill out a form in your personal area with the information you want to see updated.

 

Can I remove my company data?

Infotrust is a company specialized in credit risk management consulting services, with the collection and processing of data on companies being its main focus of activity. Restrictions on data collection are reserved only for personal data (data relating to natural persons) in accordance with Law 67/98 of October 26 and not for data relating to companies.

 

What are InfotrustGO's responsibilities regarding the information contained in Company Reports and other products and services?

The information or data provided by InfotrustGO cannot, under any circumstances, have the character of a guarantee. They are simple indications, which are in accordance with the elements that InfotrustGO has managed to obtain. To the extent permitted by law, InfotrustGO cannot be held liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or losses caused by the use of InfotrustGO Online Services or the information provided by it.

 

What are the limitations on the use of information contained in InfotrustGO's services and products?

The information, publications and database provided by InfotrustGO are of an absolutely confidential nature, and may under no circumstances be reproduced, disclosed or transferred, in whole or in part, free of charge or for a fee, to third parties, including the entities to which the information, without prior and express authorization from InfotrustGO.
